These are designed to be compatible with our bourbon smoker.
How to use the FUMI
Pour 1 to 2 ounces in a rocks glass
(ice optional)
Place FÜMI INFÜSER RING on glass
Place one oak cube in the square cutout on top of your FÜMI INFÜSER RING
Hold the torch flame approximately 1 inch above the cube hole until smoke fills the glass
Leave FÜMI INFÜSER RING on for 5 to 30 seconds (longer time = more smoke flavor)
Remove FÜMI INFÜSER RING and allow smoke to dissipate before enjoying!
